The Cuy al Horno or (roasted guinea pig) is the way it is traditionally served in the Andean region, stuffed with herbs, baked over a spit, and served whole.

The Cuy al Horno is roasted with potatoes in an oven served with vegetables and potatoes, we cut in portions according to the number of guests ready to try this particular dish.
